TEPCO - rating green

Even so from an economic point of few TEPCO would have to declare bankruptcy the patronage by the government will  not let this happen. TEPCO is a needed piece in the Japanese economy and with ensuring cash flows by having the monopoly for selling electricity in the Tokyo area the company will be able to fullfill its compensation obligations. The subsidized fund will also help to keep TEPCO alive.
